My Opinion on Documentary Game Changers

Arnold Schwarzenegger definitely inspired a lot of people to lift, but on the flip side, I think this documentary fucking warped a lot of people's minds man...

Because gladiator slaves ate vegan, the whole world should too...? You gotta be fucking kidding me, thinking people's feces shouldn't stink, that's the new common thing I hear being preached from Vegetarians and Vegans, I'm not sure if that motto came from this doc or another one, but some of the stuff I've been hearing from this Vegan cult like following is getting weirder and weirder every day. Every feces that I've ever crome across from an animal, bird, reptile or insect stinks! Then there's this strongman from the documentary that claims people ask him "how'd you get as strong as an Ox without eating any meat," his answer was "have you ever seen an Ox eat meat?" First of all, there's a lot of animals on the food pyramid that solely eat meat like lions and cheetahs that are super strong and super fast, if you look at most Apex Predators in the world they eat meat, whether it's on land, sea like Sharks and Orcas or air like of course our nation's bird the Bald Eagle, they all eat meat. A Vegan athlete finds one strong animal like an Ox or a Gorrilla that eats vegetarian, they think they discovered something new and it's a great example? Yeah ok! lol If you want to dig deeper, Apex Predators like pike and musky actually eat their own, they're cannibals, I'm still wondering how prion disease doesn't effect these species of fish, but we'll save that for a later discussion... I highly don't recommend eating other people because of Prion Disease! I guess you could say the point I'm trying to make now is, we can't even use pike or a musky as a good example, because their body chemistry is totally different than ours, so always going back on what animals eat, is not always a good example!

American's are having a hard enough time eating healthy whole foods as is, let alone going all vegan, staying away from processed food is tough for them, bottom line this diet is very unrealistic, the people shown in this documentary are very strict self motivated athletic champions, which most Americans aren't... Yes they are very inspiring and it's great their trying to drive people, but expecting all of us going on this strict diet? Are you kidding me! What's funny is, it took so called "genius" Bill Gates to figure this out after a decade of trying to forging studies trying to influence more people into eating vegetable based diet instead of meat, it amazes me he doesn't realize warping studies is dangerous?

If you're not aware, your brain is 60% fat and it needs cholesterol and fat to be healthy... Testosterone a major building block to a man's body, it's developed from cholesterol... If you do go on vegetarian diet, you'll still have to take expensive omega supplements like Leonardo Dicaprio to make up for the cholesterol loss, fat loss, protein loss, there's also fat soluble nutrients not in vegetables like Vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin K2, vitamin E. Look up how much heavy metals, arsenic, and lead are in protein supplements... Remind you, when you eat meat from cattle, while they are still tainted with pollutants, cattle's body still is able to detoxify itself unlike supplements that are barely watched anymore by the FDA.

What fucked up meat is, corporate owned farms and corporate fast food chains, feeding cattle nothing but abrasive grain like corn and other garbage that tainted the meat. And really that's the advertisement they showed in the documentary, some stupid burger commercial from McDonalds or Burger King, not quality grass fed beef from quality stores like Costco or Better Health.

It's quite obvious that corporate fast food chains have purposely laced meat up with sugar and starch, making the meat very processed, getting you addicted and making you keep coming back for more! Was this a good comparison by the documentary? No!

What's Really in a Fast Food Hamburger

"Most fast food chains are transparent about their meat's production process, but the other ingredients that go into their beef patties? It gets murky. For example, Jack in the Box states that it uses 100 percent beef in its burgers, but a comprehensive Ingredient & Allergen Statement lists a slew of other ingredients found in the patty including saturated-fat-filled hydrogenated cottonseed oil, natural flavors, corn fiber, corn starch, and sugar."

This documentary was produced by James Cameron, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan, Lewis Hamilton, Novak Djokovic and Chris Paul.

While I'm a huge fan of James Cameron's films and some of his documentaries, I definitely do not see eye to eye with some of his ideology. Recent statement after he made a sequel to the hit movie Avatar, he claimed Testosterone was a toxin. "James Cameron calls Testosterone A Toxin."

I could see where he's coming from, where a lot of mayhem and war is probably developed from the aggressive hormone, but without testosterone we couldn't procreate, testosterone prevents cancer, depression, and many other things. To lighten the mood a little, Jim Jefferies has this hilarious bit about some men can't get laid without having hair, then the men that do take finasteride to grow their hair back can't get their dick up because it blocks DHT(dihydrotestosterone), some of these men have lost their drive to go to the gym and are constantly depressed because of being on finasteride so long. There definitely seems to be this growing trend to demonize this hormone, which is starting to be weird to me and question it a little... Then you have these social media influencers playing Doctor saying DHT is a trash hormone, is it really? Do you know that for a fact or is it just based on the current studies, studies that can be altered to favor a drug or product to sell, if you know anything about science, it's always changing. Hormones are the building blocks of our body, before going on any drug like Finasteride or even TRT, you better be fucking careful... Me being 40, I've seen a lot of people saying steroids are safe, finasteride is safe, opioids are safe, yet we have a lot of dead people.

And really, it sounds like Arnold's been hanging around too many people from California, needs to see another side for a more balanced point of view from maybe the East side or down South of the country, there's definitely intelligent people who oppose this demonization of meat like Diana Rodgers from Massachusetts - "meat is the most nutrient-dense perfect food for humans." I'm also starting to see more Californians like Lierre Keith going back to eating meat and changed her opinion on the vegetarian diet after being on it for about a decade. As well as Anthony Kiedis who was also vegetarian for quite awhile and went back to eating meat. Question is I have for Arnol, how is that your mind is already made up with Veganism being the perfect diet, when you don't seem to be on the diet very long and you keep re-introducing animal proteins like eggs in your Facebook and Instagram videos?

As I stated in a recent article, problem with humans beings is they hang around a tight nit group preaching the same ideology, tribalizing, never hearing from another point of view, so they think only one way about things, which results in groups like Libertarians not believing in climate change, liberals not believing in a lab leak. It's obvious this is starting to become dangerous, in more ways than one!

It's very worrisome, since we're starting to see Hollywood being monopolized and only certain types of movies and videos being fed to our children, as Kevin Sorbo expressed.. If you been wondering where all the fishing and hunting movies have been with a religious or moral backstory, well you have your answer...

Ya know, while Arnold has said some dumb things - "screw your freedom," it's obvious so has Cameron, I'm still a huge fan of both and I respect them entirely, we all must remember we're human, may make mistakes we regret saying, we have to realize that many us may have different point of views as this technology starts connects to us all through social media.

Next in line that may have better promises for climate change and excessive carbon in the environment I would say is stem cell grown meat, it's really a more realistic outlook than the whole country or should I say the whole world going vegetarian or vegan.

Lab-Grown Meat Receives Clearance From F.D.A.

One things for sure, as more and more people on the left are starting to question the need for testosterone and meat, I'm starting to see a major shift change in the right's view on pollution and pollutants like PFAS, especially after Tim Pool brought this topic up on his podcast talking about endocrine and hormone disruptors like PFAS are massively reducing Testosterone.

"A notice from China's education ministry has caused a stir after it suggested young Chinese men had become too feminine. The message has been criticised as sexist by many online users - but some say China's male celebrities are partly to blame."

Peter Keyes : It's taken us over two weeks to learn his patterns. He comes here every two days to feed. Seems he has a taste for beef.

Lieutenant Mike Harrigan : I didn't think he was a vegetarian.

I guess U.S. Army Special Forces Major Dutch would have thought Predator was a Vegetarian, lol...
