I think it's very unrealistic that a few piloted underwater drones is going to clean up all the garbage at the bottom of our oceans, but what if every household owned one, what if they were also automated? It's also very scary to consider once machines become autonomous, but there's getting to be less and less answers for a garbage patch twice the size of Texas that sits in the Pacific Ocean. Hopefully this is a good start, plus you never know what type of valuable items you might find while trying to clean up the environment with your underwater drone, some food for thought!
